I talk about the Blue Bird all the time. It is not fancy (to say the least) but it is definately worth visiting. You cannot even imagine the amount of food that you receive and what is even more unbelievable is the bill. You get more than your monies worth! For breakfast...eggs, salad, french fries, thick fresh Italian toast, and ham steak (huge!). I make it a point that every time we are back in Pittsburgh we go to the Blue Bird at least once! It is definately a hidden treasure.
Pros: Unbelievable quality and quantity of food.
Cons: Hours/limited space
