My sister recommended me to Blu Auto Body. Luis is very thorough and very honest. I told him to only do what I really need, and so he tells me exactly what I need. There are some things that Honda requires, and he lets me know that I don't have to do it, but that it is very recommended. He is very thorough about the whole thing. I can't speak highly enough about Luis. There was once an issue with the shop, I spoke to him about it, and he did something about it. They say that they refill fluids, and my windshield wiper fluid wasn't refilled after a service. I told him about it, and he told me that he took his employees aside, spoke about the issue, and everyone appreciated the feedback! He is very understanding. Like I mentioned before, he tells me what my options are. Being thorough and honest is number one for them. Another reason I go there is because they are AAA rated, and I am a member of AAA. They are also affordable, and they don't tack on extra dollar amounts when I pick up the car. I have had that experience at other shops before. If something new is noticed in the middle of checking the vehicle, they call for authorization. They don't just do it. I have been very happy and satisfied with them and would definitely recommend them. They are upfront, honest, and willing to work with the customer. Luis has been great. more

Blu Auto Body takes care of me quickly. They are pricey, but they are good because they allow me to buy the parts on my own, and then they will put them in for me. A lot of mechanics make you buy the parts through them in order to have the work done. Blu Auto is also close to my house, and they will shuttle me home. I have no complaints. Because they let me buy the parts separately, which is good, I feel like I am getting a good deal on the parts. I may have to pay a little more for the labor than at other places, but this way it works out. If you compare them to the dealer the price is really good. I also continue to go there because it is conveniently located. While everybody who has a business has to sell, Blu Auto Body doesn't overly sell their service. They also don't get mad if I decide not to do something. The owner is a good guy, and I trust him. He has been there 15 years, and I've been going there for about 3 years. more

Blu Auto Body evaluated my car after some other mechanics sabotaged my engine. Blu told me what the other mechanics had done to my engine. They fixed it for me and improved my engine performance. They do 40 point inspections. Go to them to check out your car. They inspect all the fluids and will check other people's work. more
