Great experience 9/3/2011

From the minute I walked in, it was Great!! I was offered a tea or water. My stylist(Etheny) came out to greet me!! She listened to how I wanted my hair cut, which was sssssooo nice. She was very nice and friendly. I liked it because nobody seemed like a snob in there,unlike other places I have gone. I LOVE MY HAIRCUT because she listened to me and even suggested a few ideas too. I will be back :) more

Poor Management 8/30/2011

I have been coming to this salon for about five years now. The service is always great, the stylists are all very nice and do nice work, however the management is lacking. I received color and highlights, and a blowdry. When I went to pay, I saw that I had been charged for the blowdry - something I thought was included free of charge. When I complained about this, the manager refused to refund the money for the blowdry, and was very unhelpful. When I told her I would not be coming back if this was the way I would be treated, she simply said "i'm sorry." Amazing that they'd rather lose a long-time client than give back the small amount of money spent on the blow-dry. I will not be returning. more

i always enjoy and look forward to my hair appointments. i don't know much about hair, or looking pretty, but whenever i get my hair done here, with Karla, she does the best cut/dye i have ever seen! and i always leave feeling brand new! more

The esthetician is awesome. Very professional and friendly. I just do not appreciate the rudeness of some of the front desk staff and some of the hairdressers too. If you ask them a question or want to redeem a coupon, you are viewed as a cheap client. IMO don't offer coupons/discounts if you do not want customers using them. more

Bliss Salon 8/14/2011

I won a gift certificate for hair and spa services 3 years ago. Although I had been going to the same stylist for 20 yrs., I went for a haircolor and cut, which was great. The staff is professional and friendly, the salon very clean and stylish. I have been going ever since. :) more

I can't count how many massages I have had all over the world, and I think Rhonda ranks in the top 10% of all massages I have ever had. Very considerate of my preferences. Never felt rushed. Didn't chatter. All in all a great massage. more

Color and Cut with Jeanette 8/3/2011

Jeanette was great, very friendly and did an amazing job. My hair color turned out great and my cut is nice as well. I would give Bliss Salon a 5 start rating but one thing really bothered me. When I called to make an appointment (I think I spoke with Bree) I told her exactly what I wanted, and she quoted me 95 dollars with a 20 dollar discount for the promotion. I ended up paying 172.00. I was really upset over that. I feel that was to much and unfort. because of that I will not be going back to this salon. But I will highly recommend Jeanette she was GREAT! more

Great Great service and very friendly!! 7/24/2011

I've been coming to Bliss Salon for over a yr now and LOVE it!!! I have very fine hair and it's so hard to find someone who knows how to do my hair and make it look good... Well my stylist is Karla, and she does JUST that! Makes my hair look so nice!!! She's so sweet and friendly and makes you feel at ease! She always does such a great job!! :-) My son has also went to see Karla and he too leaves very happy with his haircuts as well!! Very comfortable, nice, and friendly environment....The entire staff at Bliss is friendly and go out of their way to make you feel at home! Great salon!!! :-) more
