I had my blinds installed over a year ago and I have a few blinds that need some repairs. I have called for 2 weeks now and left at least 15 messages and noone will call me back....

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY to buy your blinds. This is the worst customer service!!! Cons: They will never call you back more

Buy your blinds elsewhere! 7/24/2009

The blinds supposedly have a lifetime warranty, but if there is an issue, expect to wait months (yes, months) for a response from the owner. My blinds were installed incorrectly and that was just a start of the drama. Save yourself a headache and use another company.\r Cons: Major issues with this company! more
