Blind Factory

The Blind factory in Coralville is terrible when it comes to customer service. They don't respond to your telephone calls. When you can finally get them to come to your house for a service call, they can't fix your blinds and say they need to take them to their shop. Then they never return. Weeks later you call them to see if your blinds are fixed, they again don't return your calls. We've gone weeks and we still have not herd from them. We don't know if we are ever going to get our blinds back, wether they even get fixed or not. It's like they came in our house, stole our blinds, and now they won't give them back. Be very careful if you purchase from this company and you need further assistance in the future. There has to be other companies to do business with. more

My home is now ready to celebrate its 16th Birthday and like most teenagers it has grown tired of its "apparel" and is begging for a change! The sun on the west facing windows have taken its toll on the blinds, causing strings to break on my cellular blinds and the roller shades are beginning to weather as well. Not wanting to have to take out a second mortgage to re-dress my windows, a friend suggested I check out prices at THE BLIND FACTORY. Easily located on 2nd Street in Coralville, the customer can't help but notice their helpful attitude and knowledge when it comes to window treatments. They listened carefully when I explained my dilemma and had several solutions from replacing the string on the damaged blinds to purchasing new ones. Obviously with 8 windows and a door to outfit this will not be a spur of the moment decision, but I am confident that the help I received from THE BLIND FACTORY will help make a big decision a lot easier to handle. more
