My A/C went out, my usual A/C maintenance company still hasn't called me back 24 hours later. So I called Blaze Air, and Jennifer kindly "worked me in" for a next-day appointment, called me to give me a heads-up (since I was at a hotel), and technician Robert DIehl was here and worked his magic. (Had a bad condenser on a Carrier unit). He was fast, diagnosed the problem immediately, had my cooling back within 15 minutes. Couldn't ask for a more professional service call, Jennifer's management of schedule, and saving me yet another night in a hotel. A+++
p.s. Blaze Air is now going to be my permanent climate control company.
