Brad was very attentive,and a very big help to Todd Parker. He worked very hard to give us good service, and very courteous. It is so nice to see a young person, give personal care to the customer. He will continue to aquire more skills, as he works in this business. Over all, he was very involved in every aspect of the work being done.I did appreciate all he did. Job Well Done 7/2/2017

A technician came out to my home to do annual maintenance service to my HVAC units that were purchased from Blanton's and he did a great job. There was a warranty package that was purchased that's called No Worries. Well, the service and information that was provided from the technician made it feel just that way. A job well done. more

Lee was great he explained everything to me and gave me several options. He sold me a new air cleaner for my home to help with my husband allergies. He is a great addition to the Blantons time. I have used Blantons before and will be recommending and using them in the future. more

He called me 30 minutes before arrival. Showed up on time and greeted me with a smile. Very professional informative young man. Let me know what he was doing the entire process. Said unit was running good but it is old and that we should upgrade to a new unit in the future. Great worker and I will be contacting James Moore Blanton's sales rep. more
