1998 Lexus - still going strong 1/9/2015

Close to 200k miles on the 1998 Lexus, but with regular care by Jim/TJ it is still going strong. Most recent work involved dealing with oil leak and other regular maintenance. No attempt to upsell me on anything but what was required to keep the car in shape. Very good to know that I can trust the advice and not worry about overbuying.. more

best customer service 12/20/2014

My tire was flat and not replaceable. TJ made me feel confident in his findings. I needed 4 new tires, his prices were great, everyone was warm and friendly and professional. They made me feel that this was the right place for me. Free coffee, efficient and honest, nice homey people. And not in the business to rip you off. My tires were put on promptly, and balanced and I was out the door in about 1 hour, and I was a happy camper. I will be going back to Blackman's for my car servicing. Oh; and I do not live in Ct, Ilive 40 min away, but this experience makes it worth the trip. more

I find your service to be outstanding. I have always been very appreciative of your being able to fix my vehicle basically at the drop of a hat. I have never had to wait any length of time to have something fixed. It is always ready when told it would be. Trusted 100% and always service with a smile. Personal and caring for both person and car. 11/8/2014

Very impressed with service on finding problem with heat problem. Seeing I had to work on Monday that made arrangements to bring me to work and pick me up. The whole expierence was knowing what the problem was with my car and making sure of transportation to my work place. more

Ethical, Knowledgable, Flexible 10/18/2014

We have been going to Blackmans for over 6 years. They were the first mechanics to identify why my daughters car kept breaking down after multiple repairs by other mechanics. Jim and TJ are honest; they have never tried to sell our family members to have more work done; I trust them which is not something we encounter much in the automotive business. They accommodate my schedule like an oil change during my lunch...and I am in/out within an hour. Thank you Jim and TJ!! more

Friendly People/Great Service/Spotless Facility 10/16/2014

My wife and I went there because it was the closest service station to where we were when we discovered a low front tire on our car. The service people went out of their way to help us discover, then fix the problem. It's hard to beat the service Blackman's provide in this day and age. I'm glad we "discovered" them and will return when we need service to our cars. more
