Company hired to install fireplace insert, after they hooked up the gas line, I smelled gas. They kept on telling me they checked everything several times. I continued to smell gas. They finished the job. I called them back about the gas smell. They said they would find it. They didn't even try to find it and left. I continued to smell gas and called the gas company out to check it. They found a leak. I texted documentation of the leak to Black Widow Chimney Sweep created. They haven't responded to our complaints. This is negligent company and put our family in danger. They tell you what you want to hear but they don't come through with their promises.
