My 3 year old decided to drop his toilet seat hook into the commode and flush it. BL3 Plumbing sent a tech out within 3 hours. The tech not only retrieved the hook, but he also re-seated the stool on the wax ring, caulked it, and cleaned up his work area. He did all of this with a smile and was very friendly and fast.
