We love going here! They have a great bar with excellent Cosmopolitians!!! They have a huge selection on their menu. The appetizers are delicious. The prices are reasonable.

I ordered an Adios which contains five ounces of alcohol. I got a drink with an once and a half of alcohol and a whole lotta Sprite - for $8.50! I watched him make it. The foo...

poor service 7/30/2010

do not go when they are busy . the service is very poor ,delays and wrong orders make the evening not enjoyable. The service was so sluggish that our appetizers came 10 minutes after the main course was served. we heard complaints from the neighboring table too. Pros: nice decorations Cons: too noisy and poor service more

My family and i just had an awful experience here. We were going to celebrate my daughters sixteenth birthday we walked in with a party of 8 and they quoted us one hour after an hour and a half we spoke to the manager he did not acommidate. Us what so ever after two hours and 6 parties of 6 there. Still was no accomidation so we left. my daughter recently went here for prom and there party was 1000 dollars her friends and my family will not be returning here. more

People love it, i hate it. They have one decent sandwich, and everything else i can happily live with out. The only thing they have going for them is pizzookies...which blow my mind. just go there to drink cheap and eat dessert. more

Good food, but I'm not a regular 11/23/2006

The food here is good. They have great pizzas, which is what they specialize in, but I can't say I'm a fan of the whole menu. The service is average and the wait is long when you go on the weekends or at night. It's good, but I only go there when someone else wants to. Pros: Pizza, pazookie Cons: Wait time more

BJs is a delicious land of goodness. Everything from the home-brewed beers to the deep-dish pizza (with super good ingredients) to the pizookie (cookies baked in pans with vanilla bean ice cream on top!) to the sandwiches are phenom. You won't be disappointed. more

the food was fine, but the service was disappointing. At BJ's, you always have to WAIT. and the wait is not like 15 minutes or 10 minutes it's like 45 minutes +. The restaurant was a bit noisy and the service could have been better. Pros: food Cons: noisy, service more

Incompetent Host 8/17/2005

We waited over one hour to be seated when we were quoted 45 minutes. We did not hear an apology or receive any sort of sympathy for this host's mistake. The host was extremely unfriendly as he did not smile or speak to us as if we were customers. He definitely needs some retraining on his job. The host is the FIRST impression of your restaurant. And if you think that this host will provide a good impression, then think again. This experience ruined our meal and you lost me as a customer. Pros: Apologetic Server Cons: Imcompetent Host more
