Best

It may be less flashy than the newer model, but the food and service is great. Far exceeds what the new place has to offer in Escondido. Pizza and potato skins are so good.

Skip the Meal Just Order Desserts 9/22/2005

My favorite thing on the whole menu at BJ's Restaurant is a dessert called the Pizzookie. I almost don't want to eat my meal so I will be sure to have room for the dessert. A Pizzookie is a freshly baked cookie topped with vanilla ice cream served in a deep dish that resembles a pizza dish. This is one of the best desserts I have ever eaten. Ok, as for the rest of the menu it is pretty typical of a chain style restaurant, Salads, Sandwiches and interesting pizza selections, such as bbq chicken or spinach & artichoke. more
