I am extremely grateful to Biz on Fletcher, especially my stylist, Lily! My hair was in terrible shape. It was dry and kept breaking. Since Lily has been doing my hair it is like an entirely different head of hair! It has grown out like silk and the color is flawless. If hair is your crowning glory, I must be a queen thanks Lily! more

Magicians at translating what you say into the look you want! 11/24/2008

The Biz is a brilliant unpretentious salon that provides personal service and professional results. They are magicians with color and know how to translate what you say into the look you want and still stay within your budget. I like the fact they have all the products I need and none of the ?hard sell?. I?ve always been thrilled with my hair when I walk out, but would feel comfortable telling them if I weren?t because I know they would make it right! more

Relaxing and Professional...great stylists! 9/17/2008

I have been going to Biz for over a year. I take my two young daughters, as well. It is always pleasant, quiet, and relaxing. Ginger does a great job with my hair, and I trust her implicitly. A good hairdresser is the key to a happy life. Pros: Quiet and Relaxing Cons: Can't think of any! more

great color and cut 9/15/2008

I got color and a cut done there, and I must say, my hair is really shiny and the color is great. The stylist took a lot of time with me deciding on a cut, since I wanted a big change.The salon is undergoing renovations, they showed me before photos and it is amazing what they have done. I am really happy with my services and will defintley be back, plus I want to try a manicure and pedicure next time. Pros: easy parking, nice people Cons: i didnt get a pedi then! more

good cut, not so nice place 8/5/2008

The young lady who cut my hair had no people skills. She talked to other stylists the entire time and ignored me. It made me uncomfortable. She did a nice job cutting my hair and I guess that's what matters the most. The experience there just was not the greatest. The inside of the salon still needs some work. It's come a long way, but it's still kind of sloppy inside. Pros: smells good, nice cut Cons: rude staff more

Step up 4/30/2007

My skin says it all. The story begins at you, quickly your in a place what shows relaxation there's a bed, rest there for a moment. Be taken to facial and peds, service can be wonderful. Leave out walking fly away, get all what's there. Pros: killer service Cons: minimal waiting more
