Alex, you didn't have to post this. I told you not a few times that if you really paid the last month's rent, you'd have the receipt for it. We worked with you throughout your stay at the property, dealing with the late rent. Wasn't Brian gracious in allowing you to get behind by 2 months and not evicting you? Remember when I forgave you $150 in late fees in exchange for having the tractor parked off to the side of the lot where it didn't at all impact you? I'm sad to see you do this after all the things we did for you while you rented from Brian. It was simple...if you had the receipt for the last month's rent, you'd get your deposit back. Our records show you didn't pay it. If we made a mistake, you would have the receipt. If you do now have the receipt, please send it and we'll refund the deposit immediately. I'd encourage anyone who wishes, to contact me, and I'll put you in touch with the four renters I currently manage, and the 20+ folks who have purchased a home that I built. For anyone who reads this, I truly hope that none of you have to work with, rent from, or have anything to do with Paul Bischoff. This man is a liar, money hungry and the biggest snake I've ever come across. Do not trust him. This man will do anything he can to take as much of your money as is legally or illegally possible. Please trust this review..I specifically registered for this account just to write a review for him, in hopes that nobody else has to be trampled by this phony man. I would have put zero stars in the rating box if I could have, but it wasn't an option. more
