i dont quite know what to say about this tow company are they all on drugs? the front staff is unbelievably rude and have such bad attitudes! and the driver that towed my car was high on drugs. he drove fast and almost cause several accidents. his name is Greg. i was so scared of this man. he started by hitting on me and offering to have sex with me if i paid him. if i didnt have any money to pay for the tow he said i could give him oral sex im completely dissatisfied and horrified that there is a company that employs such a horrible sick individual. more

Bill's towing... Crooks... 6/20/2013

My husband called yesterday and was quoted $65 an hour... I called again today to make sure and I got the same answer... I specifically asked when the meter starts running... I was told at hookup... I called at 11:22 am and said yes lets do it... I called the the tow company again at 12:50 and ask where they were as they had not picked my truck up yet... I got a phone call at 2:05 pm stating they had picked my truck up... I get another call at 3:33 pm Saying they were at the shop in Woodinville and needed my credit card info... I said well how much is it... $284.70... I said what... it has been an hour and a half... Not to mention I called them at 11:22 am and they just picked my car up at 2:05 pm... 4 hours... They charged me for... I said no that is not right... 3 hours both the tow truck driver and the lady in the office told me they charge from time of call out... And that they had to go and fill up on gas too... Are you kidding me right now... Needless to say I more

Horrible experience 9/25/2011

That big mean girl at the front desk at Bill's towing is very rude in fact even raised her voice and spoke down on me like a verbally abusive parent would do to their child. Well, "newsflash", rude girl who lies about the laws, you lied about the laws and made up laws which is in fact illegal I believe. \r I think anyone and everyone who has been done wrong by these people need to file complaints with the courts and the Better Business Bureau. more

I dont care for these guys. My car was stolen and retrieved by these guys and I had to pay 500.00 for them to store it. What a joke. more

Bill's Towing & Garage 8/25/2009

I had to use them twice. The services I received was great. The cut the price when I told them I couldn't afford all that they were charging. They didn't have to do that. When I had to call them they got to me pretty fast. I highly recommend them. more

Bill's Towing is a very helpful and honest business. The girl behind the counter is very polite and professional. Dealings with a towing company are usually not on the best of circumstances, but in dealing with Bill's it was better than expected. more
