Friendly and prompt service 10/19/2013

This was my first trip to Bill's but not my last. I had a scheduling issue which they accommodated me perfectly. They let me know what they were doing while the whole thing went on. The staff was all friendly and knowledgeable. more

They looked over my vehicle to make sure there were no idling issues. They didn't find anything, but they also didn't charge me for the service. more

Good people just a bit disorganized. 8/29/2013

We had a bit of a mix-up the first time we brought our Jeep but eventually it did get looked at and we were very impressed with what we were hearing about fixing some issues we couldnt fix ourselves. and so we made plans to return the car for more work to help us solve these problems. Ting is when we went to pay apparently they looked at immediate problem and helped but you didn't do the oil change. The guys doing the work seem quite knowledgable. I'm just not sure my service requests are actually getting to the guys who work on the cars. Every one seems like really nice people and we would to make this work. Just can't expect an oil change and then be told we forgot. Lets get it right once and I will more my review to 5stars more

A Honest Mechanic 7/16/2013

I went to Bills for an alignment after getting new tires, Bill drove the vehicle and said he didn't think it needed one but he checked it anyway. It didn't and he said there was no charge for checking it, I tried to pay him something but he would not take it. He is a true honest mechanic, thanks again Bill. more

Wheel alignment 6/27/2013

A check of vehicle indicated wheels did not need alignment. Bill wasn't going to charge a cent for the check, but I insisted on a minimal fee. Great customer service. more
