Excellent, Personable, Furnace Repair and Service 11/18/2011

This man took a worrisome and costly situation with my furnace and turned it into a more understandable and super affordable situation. This guy saved me. And I don't have to tell you.....it's getting COLD !!!! outside. Do you think I had a choice but to address this furnace problem?! Bottom line is....make this man your Heating and Cooling guy. I'm gonna keep the stack of bills in my wallet rather than have them clipped by the BIG companies. Bill's is my Furnace guy now. No need to scour the internet anymore. I already did that for you. Late nite friend when you really in need 1/2/2011

Called late at nite was surprize by the first call what they wanted just to come out! Surprized heard Bill's after hours was great! Guess what i dial wrong Bill. When i got a hold of Bill's After Hours one price to fix and out the door less than a hour save in excess of $200. This is the only heating & cooling man I will ever call again! Believe me a mistake not to call first! more

Bill's a rare find 11/7/2008

Looking for a real person to come any time, 24-7, and get your heating or air conditioning going at a great price? Bill's worked for me in a series of homes, and at businesses I managed. Same price, whatever the day or hour. He knows his stuff, and more importantly, knows what he can't do or what isn't needed, and tells it straight. Prices are very reasonable. It's not a large outfit, but that lack of overheard keeps prices down, and it seems he never takes a vacation -- he's always been available when I need him. Not a slick communicator, but has the qualities that matter most in furnace repair. more
