Billingsley Tire Inc.

Just went to Billingsley tire after reading a bad review on it (my bad) I have been here before and it was not as bad. Just finished writing a very bad review, read it and deleted it as i have been coming here for around 20 years and felt they need a break. What I really want to say if the Billingsley brothers are reading this is. HEY SLOW DOWN and pay more attention to the customer. U guys are always running around getting tires, filling tires or other things your workers should be doing. I know its hard to just kick back and not get yer our hands dirty but try it u are the boss and deserve the break. And your customers deserve to get FAST- RELIABLE SERVICE. Thanks and hope you try my advice more

This place has BAD customer service. I went there to possibly have my 2 back tires replaced. When we first walked in the girl in the office asked what we needed and we explained. She called for someone over the 1mc they have there.....we waited about 10 min. and still no one came...another girl came in and asked if we had been helped yet, we said no. She also called for someone over the 1mc....still NO ONE CAME! Finally one of the workers came in but he was helping someone else so we had to wait till he was done with them. Then FINALLY we got some help....but it didn't last. He asked to look at the car to see what kind of tires I needed...I had to pull my car around to the work area...it took literally a min. to do that and when I came back the guy was GONE! We waited thinking he just stepped away for a second.....another 10 min. goes by and no one comes back. I finally got fed up and said screw it guess they don't want my money and me and my significant other got in my car and left. I literally wasted half and hour at this place and got NOTHING accomlished! If you have time to waste then sure go here! I would of given ZERO stars if that option was available! more

The owner is super nice and understanding. I went and got tires put on my husbands truck and was in and out within 30mins. I had both my kids with me and all the staff was great and helpful. I recommend them to all of my family and friends. They have good tires and a cheaper price more
