Very pleasurable! 4/6/2011

This was, perhaps, our most pleasurable purchasing experience; surpassing our prior Mercedes, Lexus and Jaguar purchases. We were treated as valuable customers by Kerry, then Matt, throughout our visits; polite, respectful, accommodating, etc. more

Satisfied 3/16/2011

I made an appt over a week ago FROM OUT OF STATE !! I dropped the car off @ 815am, yet you did not even start on the car to later that afternoon! I was told two hours initially. I came in after two hours to get my house key and to check on the status, but the service had not been started yet. From that point on the time committed was very accurate. more
