Tim made my purchase very simple for me and put me under no pressure. He helped me be where I wanted financially and in the car of my choice. The dealership had a great selection of vehicles and the team there was top-notch! Even after my purchase they went the extra mile to make me happy and had their Customer Satisfaction Manager Katherine go over the delivery of my car. She showed me how to use every accesory in my car so when I left i felt comfortable showing off my brand new Maxima. more

Easy Car buying experience. 3/13/2012

I bought my new maxima from Bill Hood Nissan. My salesperson, Bryan was so nice.. not pushy at all like I've experienced at other dealerships. I told him what I was looking for and they had the exact car in stock. The finance guy was great. He took the extra time to explain all the small details and even 'dummied down' the complicated stuff for me. The dealership even gives every nissan buyer free first year maintenance, so I havent paid anything for maintenance for over 9 months. I recommend Bill Hood to anyone looking for a car. more
