Excellent service and friendly repair persons who explained everything very thoroughly. I am definitely recommending them to family and friends! The customer is KING at this place. I am so happy and satisfied. Finally, an honest auto mechanic who also knows what he is doing! more

trust worthy shop 1/13/2007

I used to wrench on cars in a shop in plymouth. Now I work at Volkswagen headquarters as a technician. i trust bill brown with my own car and them only. i am good friends with Fred Williams their suspension guy and has been a friend of the family for years. I am also friends with Martin who is a good tech. Agreeing with the other reviewer the only downfall of Bill Brown is not having time for customers. They are usually busy with long term customers. Being a tech I really appreciate the business that they run and the intelligence that their tech's pocess. Pros: Knowledge base of techs. import and domestic Cons: Accomidation of customer's time schedules. more

They fix it right, for a fair price 8/4/2006

I have been doing business with them for 6 years. I have never had to take anything back. The only "complaint" I would have is that sometimes they are too busy to get me in as fast as I want. (AND what does that say: a whole lot of other people trust them with their cars.) more
