My storm shelter was installed on April 19, 2012 as I expected so there is no complaint about it. However, here is a list of other complaints:

We recently had a storm shelter installed by Biggs Backhoe and they did a wonderful job. We were referred to Biggs by a neighbor and then I read the review previously posted which made me begin to worry so I made mental notes of issues that might arise. We had NONE of the issues previously listed in the negative review. Everyone at Biggs went well above and beyond to assist us. We would highly recommend them. more
