IS THERE ANY RATING LESS THAN 1 STAR???
I have not been this PISSED at a business in years. I called my auto club to have my car towed to a mechanic 6.7 miles from where it stopped at 8:09 am. They dispached it at 8:19 am to Big Wheel Wreckers and was told they would be there with in the hour which was fine. At 9 am I called the auto club back letting them know I have not seen the wrecker who in tern called Big Wheel and spoke with LaShell. I was told then that some one would be there in 15 minutes.
At 9:20 am, still no wrecker so again, I call the auto club very upset because my car needed to have been at the mechanic by 10 am. After speaking with Big Wheel, I was then told that the wrecker dispatched had to go some where else so they were send another one and would be there in 30 minutes, so we are looking at 9:50 am now and that they would called when the car was dropped of to ""ease my mind"". PLEASE!!!
My car was dropped of at the mechanic at 11:45 am and I'm still waiting on a call from Big Wheel Wrecker.

I was LIVID! I could not believe it! From the time of the initial call to the point my car was dropped off, 3+ hours.
To add insult to injury when I called Big Wheel Wrecker to find out where my car was @ 11:18 am, they told me it was at the mechanic and I said no it's not or I would not be calling. Then she stated it was in route, but it's been picked up. She, LaShell, seemed not to care at all that it had been 3 hours and even stated if that wasn't acceptable, I should have called someone else. I told her, if they had not lied consistantly to the auto club, I defintately would have.
It is people who work for businesses like this that give certain businesses a BAD NAME. I WISH I COULD GIVE A ""0"".
