Big Red Sports/Imports

Do not deal with this dealership, they use bait and switch. They advertise vehicles on the internet and then when you get there they never have that vehicle. I e-mailed the dealership for a week before I showed up, and of course they are out of stock of the vehicle they advertise. They told me it would be weeks before they had anymore of the model I wanted, but they continue to advertise the model all over the internet, radio, and tv. I did go ahead and test drive another vehicle, and they were demanding that I make an offer on that vehicle about 2 minutes after the test drive. I asked them to look at my trade in and they refused to unless I committed to buying the one and only vehicle I tested drove. STAY AWAY! more

Nice when you buying a car, but HORRIBLE to deal with once car needs service. I have never had such a horrible experience as I have with this place. Bought a new Grand Vitara, air conditioner went out, brought it in, they 'fixed' it and a few hours later, it wasn't working again. Called and expressed my dissatisfaction, they then made another appt. to come back out and get it fixed again. Drive over an hour to go back and they 'needed to order the part' and would not have it until next week! We are leaving for vacation and still have no A/C, and they knew I was coming, so why set an appt. and not have the parts?! So they again, wanted me to come back out again next week.. I spoke with not only the service manager but the general manager and they offered NOTHING to help compensate my time and gas. This place may be nice when your there buying but what a run-around you get when there is a problem. more

You know, even though the facility is a little rough around the edges, the customer service in Big Red Parts Department is outstanding. I ordered floormats for my Kia Sorento which usually takes a week to come in. They called me the next day and told me they were able to get them overnighted and I could come pick them up. I arrive for my floormats and Jake even throws in some touch up paint because I'm a previous customer. I appreciate the effort they put forth in the simplest of things so you can imagine the effort they put forward on the big things. I usually dont have anything too great to say when I have to have my car serviced...but these people are the best!!!! They told me exactly what I needed to fix my car, how much it would cost - They did a great job! Done fast, friendly and right...with a car wash thrown in....I really am very happy. Recommend- more

Great service Department. They always get us in and out and never a hassell. Oil changes are free on Tuesday's and they always wash and vacum our car. Well worth the visit. more

Have bought cars here for 15 years. This is a great place with great people. The salesmen don't look nasty and are so kind. They have always showed us the invoice and made a deal. We trade there every two years and never a issue. The owner will talk to you and will call you back. try them out... more

Caution!!!! Read the fine print of their ad BEFORE you drive all the way to Norman. The posted price is NOT really the price, it is after a 15% deposit and fees. Luckily we had business in Norman so had to be there anyway. When we questioned the salesman on why their ad said the car was listed at $14,999, but is really $17,000+ he pointed us to the fine print that said * after 15% down and fees etc. and smiled and said ""all dealers do this"" Funny, I haven't run into this at any of the other 5 dealers I've been to this week........ That's all I needed to know. more

I did not buy my Kia here when I got it back in 2006 but I do take it to Big Red for all the service repairs and maintainence work. It is convenient to not need an appointment and everyone has always been friendly and helpful. I have never had any problems with the work that was done and the technicians seem to be very knowledgeable about their product. Friendly and fun, our salesman JT Thatcher did a great job. Took a couple of hours but it flew by because they were always entertaining us. Bought a new 2011 Kia Sorento. JT was very knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth. The business department was east and matched our banks rate of 3.6. Highly recommend it and I will be back in a few years. Bad experience with internet sales, instead highly recommend going into dealership and dealing face to face for transactions. There repair shop does not seem honest. We took our SUV in for repair on the power steering pressure belt and they said they found problems with the transmission. They said they could not get it out of gear. They took the transmission apart and put it together again and charged us about $400.00 to do it and never found any problem.
