I brought my 1999 Mercedes ML430 to Big D this past Monday for transmission service and an oil change. I had seen their internet coupon special. Can't tell you how many times I've brought a coupon into other repair shops and they always try to sell me something I don't need or want. Sometimes they see my car and think this guy has money and there going to get into my pocket. It really ticks my off. This time I knew I was okay because I just had the local dealer replace my transmission under a service agreement. I enter and was met by a person named Rich. He greeted me with a smile and said how may I help you? ( Why not, he is going to try have me spend more money than I want to) I told him I saw there website and printed coupons for a transmission and oil change. Rich said great!! How did you like our new website? My response was a warm ""Nice Web"". I took a seat because they seemed very busy. A little over 45 minutes later, Rich said your vehicle is done. He even said ""I can't beleive how well you've maintaned it. I said ""yeah I do"". The tech's could not believe either. He gave me my bill and I paid it before he could try to sell me something that I didn't need or want. As I left Rich thanked me for my business and said he would love to have me come back. I stopped and said you know Rich I appreciate your service and I will be back. Infact, Rich doesn't know it yet, I am bringing my 05 Explorer in next week which I know needs some major transmission work. As I said in the beginning ...I am impressed. Have been in sales and marketing for over 35 years. This shop showed this best customer service I have ever experienced from a repair shop. They have my business. I will tell everyone I know how impressed I was their friendly hometown service. Please do use this shop.
