The service at this bagel emporium is without parallel. You will be greeted with a smile and an offer to help, unequivocally. If they are busy, someone will acknowledge your presence and offer to help you as soon as they can...and then they actually DO that! In today's atmosphere of customer service apathy, this is a refreshing change of pace. The Bagels are wonderful...too!
