Just the Worst 12/6/2011

I'm not much one for writing reviews, particularly negative ones but please avoid this place. The guys here were so rude, who makes fun of their customers to their face? The men working here need to get over themselves. Now that I have shopped around I realize I got ripped off each time I set foot in there. New Orleans has great bike shops with friendly owners, try Nobs or Gerkins. Just don't go here. Pros: null Cons: null more

been dissatisfied every time i've been there 1/28/2011

terribly over-priced, they don't explain their policies when they are renting, the "premium" bike i rented from them was antiquated and poorly tuned, and it took 2 hours to get even though i called ahead. more

Honest advise and high quality service. I've been a regular customer for 20 years and I always come back when my bike needs help. They're not the cheapest, but their service is guaranteed and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for bikes and accessories. They have a lot of bells. more

Plain & Simple, do not under any circumstances associate or use this business. They are unethical, dishonest, & Rude. Pros: none Cons: rude, unethical, dishonest, lazy, incompetent, smelly more

Rude service 10/12/2008

They were rude when renting the bikes, would not provide the proper sizes, rented bikes that were dangerously out of tune, with bad brakes and poorly adjusted gears. They do not explain their policies when renting bikes, and threaten violence when questioned. Pros: None Cons: Awful customer service more
