I paid $70 to have new tires and tubes mounted on my bike. I followed the instructions printed on the tires and inflated the tube to the prescribed pressure. The tube popped before I got close. When I returned to the shop they tried to blame the installation. When I told them I agreed because they installed the tire and tube they tried to blame a damaged spoke. When I asked them to show it to me they could not because there was no damaged spoke. Their next tac was to claim that I should not have inflated it so much. I told them that the instructions were printed on the tire. They started to claim that it was not their tire but I had to remind them that it was. In the end they lost a customer over a $5.99 tube and the 2 minutes it would have taken to install it.\r
