We called bi county early Monday morning to install a new toilet .. we immediately got a return call and a technician arrived within the hour .. the job was done professionally and the technician couldn't have been nicer .. we we definitely will be using bi county fuels from now on .. thank you more

A friend recommended Bi-County Fuels for the heater and they had the best deal. They have been very good and the heater is great. They couldn't take the old heater out because it's an old farmhouse heater, so he kept a $1,000 back and I will give him the other $1,000 when he takes the heater out once the ground firms up. Bi-County Fuels is a one-stop shop and I'll use him as my oil delivery person and to install a water softener, because they also do heating and plumbing. They are very courteous, nice and honorable, and I trust them alone in my house. more

About a month ago Bi-County Fuels installed a new AC system in my home for my wife and I. They came in to check out our old system and found that it had parts that were too old to be replaced. We were very pleased with the job they did. After two weeks the AC was making a lot of noise, so we shut it off and called them. Ron came over to check everything out the next day and since then everything has worked fine with no problems. They did a quick installation and had good prices. I would definitely use them again. more

Bi-County Fuels installed a central air conditioning system in an old house. They have excellent work ethics, and are neat and efficient. Although they were a little slow to respond the day of the service because it was peak season for pools, they worked in a timely and efficient manner once they arrived and the installation was done in a very professional manner. Everything went well with Bi-County Fuels, as it always does. Most recently they installed a new heater for us and they cleaned the heater, didn't make a huge mess, and it is working fine. The project went along like clockwork, and the man working knew what he was doing. We always use Bill and he really helps us out. My dad will call and he is there in a flash. more

The sales rep was extremely punctual and exceptionally well prepared. He definitely knew his products and was very direct, he didn't waste a lot of time. The service people were about as punctual as you can get. They were very professional. When I asked questions they took the time to answer, and they did the work in a timely fashion. They completely cleaned up after themselves, there was nothing for me to do except turn on my system after they left. more

To be totally honest, I have already recommended Bi-County Fuels to a few people. I have nothing bad to say about them...yet! But I have their phone number and won't hesitate to call if something does come up. I had Bi-County redo my two bathrooms. The ingenuity the worker showed when refitting things and making the impossible possible was great. He managed to do it. They should know they have a couple of really great employees there. They were on time and polite, which surprised the daylights out of me. They were truly phenomenal. I knew where they were working at all times if I needed them. I like dealing with local companies and Bi-County is a local company so I'm happy to support them. If I had another bathroom for them to redo, I'd hire them for the job! Currently, they don't service heat pumps, but it would be good of them to look into doing that. Once my heat pump blows, I'll move to an oil burner and use them to service that. more
