Saul showed up within two hours after a call after hours. Our house was 85 degrees and the family was miserable. He had the needed parts and was able to take care of us in about an hour fir about 150 woai discount. Couldn't be happier with any of the experience. more

Our air conditioner had been broken for 5 days before calling Beyer Boys. Our previous repair man had failed to fix the problem for 5 days. Within 20mins of Robert Rodriguez arriving he discovered and diagnosed the problem. He had our air conditioner working within 45mins. Robert is extremely knowledgeable and professional. We were so impressed with Robert and Beyer Boys that we signed up for one of their service plans. We will request Robert for our regularly twice a year service and any future problems (if any). Maintenance personnel are knowledgeable and courteous. They are quick and professional and would recommend them for any repair you need. However, $50 trip fee for every plumbing repair? I'm paying, separately, for something that has to occur. I can't envision a situation where I bring my problem to you. You really need to update your website/bill with the correct phone number. The 656-XXXX has transposed numbers and is answered by a home resident. The correct number reaches your fax machine. more

I discovered my ac unit leaking from a clog at 8:30 pm Sunday night over Memorial Weekend. I was back in service and a new contract customer at 10:15...service, quick response, polite and friendly employees-qualities that are becoming harder to find. more

I did not know what to expect when these guys turned up? I have moved a total of 5 times in the last 6 years and except for one move in that time the rest were a total nightmare of an experience. You cannot always believe what you read and sometimes you just go with your gut instinct, and even that sometimes lets you down, as I found out several times. Best Moving had excellent reviews and again I went with my gut instinct hoping for the best, well I thought, at least this move is a local move as all my other moves were long distance. I have to say that this company lived up to all the excellent reviews that I read on them, they were on time, very professional, polite and got the job done in good time. I was amazed at how professional they were and how they knew exactly which pieces of furniture came out of which room without me even having to follow them around like I have had too in the past with other removal companies. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a stress free move. Their rates are good and they get the job done in excellent time. I only wish this company covered a wider area when it comes to moving out of state. more

Beyer replaced a 2-ton heat pump at my house. The technicians were great, very pleasant and professional. The workmanship was great. They started work exactly when they said they would and stayed until the job was finished. When they were finished, they cleaned up and left everything as they found it. I recommend them to anybody and would happily use them again. more

Absolutely had a wonderful experience with a horrible situation. I had water all over my floor from a leak in the cold water line in my kitchen island. The technicians (Martin and Robert) were very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. They explained what they were doing and they were very enjoyable to be around. I couldn't ask for better technicians. This also happened around my birthday and Martin even brought me a pie which made it even a more enjoyable experience. He didn't have to do it, but it was a great touch to such a bad kitchen situation. I would definitely recommend both technicians and the Beyer Boys Company to anyone. Thank-you so much!!! more

I usually don't write reviews, however, I felt compelled to do so in this instance. I had the best experience I think imaginable with Beyer boys. I took out a home improvement loan to replace my A/C unit and furnance. I was not aware of all the stipulations that were required for a home improvement loan. One stipulation was that the contractor (Beyer boys) be there when the loan documentation was signed as well as when the funds were withdrawn. Anytime I needed my sales person (Tim Megason) he was there. I decided on a Carrier A/C. It was the best choice I could have ever made. Roger and Eric were my installers.. They were not only courteous but went out of their way to explain the system, explain what they were doing, allow me to ask questions etc. They were very good at their job and worked very efficiently as well as dilligently. My a/c runs quiet and cools the entire house!! I would not hesitate to recommend Beyer Boys... they get 5 stars from me! more

When using service providers I often wonder if I'm getting a good deal or "taken for a ride." However, their is an exception and that's with the Beyer Boys. I believe that I have been using their service for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience. The Tech that arrived yesterday (J Barta) was exceptional. Why? Because he stayed with the task and isolated the problem and then provided a solution. This was no easy task! He exhausted many options and though puzzled he refused to quit until the problem was solved. I am most appreciative. BILL more
