Beverly's Bouquets Florals

I have to say i have used Beverly's since she opened her store years ago- she is such a sweet lady and very reasonable- at this place you get what you pay for! We have been ordering flowers for my mother in law for years and each time with no disappointment. Even ordered some flowers to take to a funeral in another town- everyone was looking at them, saying how beautiful they were and asking where they came from. they can do just about anything - such creative and unique deisgners- We will continue ordering with this florist! more

I have never had a problem with a Florist before. This will be my first. The staff is not knowledgeable. The Management/Owner is rude when confronted with a complaint. I ordered flowers for my wife. I told them what I wanted. Instead I got some cheap Wal-mart grade basket with some sign on it that says ""Warm Winter Wishes"". This was for my wife, not my neighbor. It was nothing like what I had wanted. I called to discuss this, and was rudely questioned. I was then told I should not have used the website as a reference. What is the point of having one then? I was then told that because the driver was supposedly sick, they could no't make the arrangement, and just pulled some flowers out of the freezer. What kind of crap is that? I complained and said I want my money back. She said ""fine"". Not one apology. AND GUESS WHAT? I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK. Do not call these people, there are other florists right down the road.? Cons: Everything more
