So I went to this place for a client of mine \r bought him 2 briefcases \r asked the man working at the store if he did not like them could i get a full return\r he looked at me pleasantly and said ""why of course you can, no problem.""\r next day I send my assistant back \r the guy pulls a there is scratch on this one and a film? on that one. None visible\r sent us away with 2 briefcases\r my assistant called it ""bait and snatch""\r he swipes your card with an of course no problem policy then takes your money and turns his cheek.\r I am a good girl from Mississippi I believe in peoples better nature and coming from this 1st hand I would nor will ever go back to this store again. Pros: you can find better pricing and people Cons: good designers more

They offer free gift-wrapping, and have a great selection of leather items, bags, clocks and whatever else you need that is travel-related. I recommend them to everyone! What a great selection! This store is a family run business, and is a gem of Beverly Hills. Reasonably priced, considering the area. The staff were very helpful in helping us choose our luggage, and very educated in the new airline requirements. Unexpectedly, we ended up taking care of most of our Holoiday shopping there too, as they have a huge selection of beautiful gifts at every price. They even have an online store. I highly recommend this shopping experience! Pros: selection, value, friendly staff more
