Should be commended 10/21/2010

I am extremely impressed by Emilio (sales), Goran (sales) and Sean (service dept), all of whom are enthusiastic, professional and friendly. I felt completely comfortable with them, as they all come across as honest, genuine people, which is not the experience I had at other dealerships. I would absolutely recommend Beverly Hills BMW for sales and service and going forward will always take my BMWs to BH for servicing. All three of those men should be commended for their excellent representation of your company. more

Totally pleased 10/18/2010

Totally, totally pleased with Yoram, Amir, Pauline. All considerate and professional, but especially Yoram, who handled us beautifully, even when I tested him by believing I might have to return the car we had just purchased because of a problem with its ground clearance that I had not anticipated. Even that didn't rattle him, as he worked with poise and professionalism to calm me, and solve my issue with this great set of wheels. I will gladly refer clients your way whenever the opportunity arises. more

the entire staff , including j.b. bonner,were extremely helpful.we had not intented to buy that day,but their every effort to make it happen ,persuaded us to switch from a mercedes,(which we had been driving for 30 years )to try and see how our bmw experience matches up. more

I'm writing these e-mail to let you know that I can't thank you enough for the great customer service you have provided to us. Some sales people are nice and look happy only at the point of sale, but if you have any problems later, they don't want to hear from you anymore. Since our first visit, we were very pleased with your outstanding and friendly customer service. I have to tell you that being minorities we felt somewhat uncomfortable walking into a BMW dealer, specially there at Beverly Hills. But you really made us feel comfortable and we felt we were at the right place dealing with the right sales person. We were there to see Neda because I had exchanged a few e-mails with her and I had read that she was the number one sales person, but we're very glad that you were the one that ended up helping us. more

Fabulous 3/10/2010

I wanted to share that I was SO pleased with the service I received from Mike. He was fabulous in working with me and gave me exactly what I was wanting: clear information so I could make a choice about my expiring lease. We got the estimate for the repairs, he and Carolos got me a loaner while mine was certified and in for the repairs this week, and he walked me through every step. I'm really happy with my decision and will continue to suggest to people that they consult with you, if interested in BMWs. Thanks for your help in securing the .9% financing in January for me and for all your support in this process. You and Mike make a terrific team!!!! I'll look forward to closing the deal this week? more
