techn arrival was punctual; started working immediately; seems to be very knowledgeable;friendly personality;worked diligenty.I was very impressed that I didn;t have to request him to put on his blue booties to keep my carpet clean. Left the area where he worked very clean. Hopefully for my winter servicing I can request and get the same friendly and clean dressed techn. more
