The Better Business Bureau is a model of how businesses should be. I am impressed with their information and assistance. Lisa provided a great service (even going to the business), which worked very well. They listened to her more than me (? due to ratings given by BBB). I am very thankful for the much-needed assistance that I received.. more

Complaint-First Hawaiian Bank 8/13/2016

The BBB was excellent in resolving my issue with First Hawaiian Bank's customer service. Their "customer service" gave me the run a round for 3 weeks but as soon as they received the complaint from the BBB they did what they were supposed to! more

Excellent! 8/4/2016

Wrote to BBB-Hawaii. Got an immediate response that they will be looking into my situation. Within a few days i heard from the business I was having trouble with. Then BBB-Hawaii did a follow up to make sure that i was satisfied with the business' response and to make sure I was satisfied with their handling of the situation. good customer service! more

Makeup sell 8/4/2016

I complained about Ora Gold high sales pitches and the fact I bought makeup while in Hawaii for a lot of money. BBB got on this and I was able to have my money refunded after sending the product back. It did not work as they demonstrated. Thank you so much, BBB. more
