Phoenix BBB A Scam Artist Itself! 4/26/2011

Good: I didnot like anything in the way the BBB of Phoenix failed to correctly handle two complaints I filed with them.. Bad: This Phony Excuse of a BBB seems more concerned about protecting it's own members then handling a consumer complaint. It must be in cahoots with its\own member and nuts to the comsumer.. Improvements: Put and end to giving all your local BBB Members an "A" Rating and being in cahoots with them.. Other: The BBB is a joke amd fraud in Phoenix.. more
