We stayed at this hotel because it is pet friendly. The layout of the room isn't perfect...the closet and the bathroom are smaller than they should be. But the staff and general manager made up for it with incredibly friendly and helpful service. It's a pretty property, and they made it feel like home! Also very centrally located more

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks at Xmas time. After one week my son,his wife and 2 year old son came down. The staff went out of their way to get us 2 corner rooms with a third door entrance. We could keep our doors open so the little one could run back and forth and still have privacy. The hotel was very clean and they had a upgraded breakfast [eggs,sausage,potatoes and waffles].EVERYONE was friendly and courteous. They even gave the little guy choice of stuffed animals from under the tree. Will stay again. more

We stop in North Palm Beach to visit relatives and have stayed here twice. The\r professionalism and sincerity of the staff is most evident and is on par with any\r 4 star hotels we have been in world-wide. We have a special needs daughter and the staff\r was courtesy and accommodating. They even remembered her name 4 month between visits !!\r We feel as is the Windsor Garden in a second home. I can enthusiastically recommend this to\r any family as a great place to stay. Thanks for making us feel ""at-home"" there.\r We have had very good stays at all Best Western Plus hotels. But this one is our favorite because of the staff, the quiet ambiance, and the beautiful pool. more

This family owned and operated hotel worked great for me and my college son to stay at for the week. The staff was relaxed, friendly, courteous, provided great service and had many suggestions of places to visit and eat at in the area. It provided a great value with a more than decent breakfast. The mattresses, pillows and bedding were comfortable and very clean. The housekeeping was not super meticulous during our stay, but the room was clean when we arrived. No musty or moldy smells. The internet worked fine.\r We really enjoyed the beaches and various nature interests in the area. more

I have stayed at this hotel twice, and when I'm in West Palm Beach I will stay here again. It is for my purpose very well located, and easy to get everywhere. The hotel is very nice and clean, and the rooms are of high standard and done in very nice colors. The lay-out of the property is well done, and the breakfast room next to the pool lounge is a very fine place to relax. I have to mention the people who works - they are very friendly and helpful, courteous and provided great service. I have to thank Debbie for making it a stay to remember, and she did it so well that she can be sure that I shall return soon !!!! more

Upon arrival at this hotel, I was immediately knew I would like this place. The room was excellent and the location is great for an evening stroll in a nice area. The staff recommended a local eatery, Panama Hatties, along the intracoastal waterway; a perfect choice for seafood lovers! more

I spent 3 weeks on a business trip at this little hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The service was excellent.(the GM even scanned and emailed some docs for me). The breakfast and breakfast service was extraordinary.(my oranges were custom sliced and sprinkled with fresh herbs!). The rooms and beds are very comfortable and everything was perfect. I am a professional traveler and I give this hotel my highest recommendation! more

We stayed at this hotel due to an emergency with our beloved dog. We had to get surgery about 4 hours from home in this area and found the hotel accepted pets. The staff went way beyond in their caring attitude and service. The hotel was very clean & updated, within walking distance to many good restaurants & a few minutes to the beach for those looking for that. more

A very customer-friendly place to stay. The entire staff from the owner, Gary, to the Front Desk personnel were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was small, (the only chair was at the writing desk), but very well appointed. Big screen TV, HBO, comfortable king, a great walk-in-shower...no tub and shower curtain, here. Every morning a full, hot breakfast buffet in a nice dining area with easy access to poolside tables. A great experience...will return again! more

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to us. At one point my wife needed a back for an earring and they didn't hesitate to find a pencil for her to use the eraser. There was another gentleman there during breakfast that talked with us about the attractions in the area and the next morning he remembered to ask us about the wedding we were there to attend. We got a King suite and there was plenty of room for my wife, kids and myself. The rooms were clean and much more than we expected for the price we paid. I have no complaints. The rooms were quiet, the beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were well stocked. I will definitely go back to this hotel. more

Great hotel, and close to lots to eat. We stayed there since it's about an hour from Ft Lauderdale, where our cruise ship departed from, and it was about half price of anything comparable closer to the port. The staff was very courteous, and the room comfortable and quiet. I'd stay there again. more

I think the Windsor is a nice hotel though a little more expensive compared to some of the other hotels that offer the same ammenities. more
