great customer service in a great company 9/1/2007

I never thought that moving is such a pain. i was planning on renting a truck and doing everything by myself. When I realized that I have to rent protection pads for the furniture, boxes for my computer, TV, stereo etc? and then gas, tolls that I have to pay ? it was too much of a hassle for me to deal with. I called couple moving companies and all I got is hourly rate with a guess of a total bill. When I called Pink moving ? sales rep. went into the minor details and asked me every possible question about my relocation. In 5 minutes he provided me with all inclusive guaranteed price. On the day of my move movers were on time and did exactly what a sales rep. told me on the phone. Professional and fun ? this is how I can summarize my move in two words. more

Relaible company with great guys and service 8/25/2007

Pink moving were very conscientious in doing the best job possible. They took extra care in loading all the fragile items. They were very pleasant and polite. Most of all we were impressed with the super job they did in arranging our furniture by working off our floor plan. Since we were so exhausted and could not follow them to our new home in Santa monica we trusted them by giving them the keys to the house and allowed them to unload the furniture without our being present. It was late in the evening when they arrived and I'm sure they, too, were exhausted but despite that our beds were put together, furniture in place, boxes in garage arranged in an orderly manner. I have recommended Pink moving to some friends and I will continue doing so. When we first met they assured me we would be happy with their service and they were right!!!!!!!!!! more

Great guys with the best company 8/18/2007

Pink moving went above and beyond to make this move as easy and with no stress as possible. We cannot thank them enough for making this experience so pleasant- it is hard for us emotionally to move out of a place we loved but had to leave due to a new sweet addition to our family! :) I was very impressed with their work -from start to finish. I highly recommend them to everyone looking for a good moving company. more

Great customer service 8/18/2007

was very pleased, my salesperson was informative and explained the services well. I was equally pleased with the movers, they were polite and worked hard all day, taking extra care with all my belongings. I have never experienced such care in any other move. The price was as quoted, and I never had to worry about any surprises. I think it is the best concept for moving to provide customers with a guaranteed price. Thank you Pink moving and I highly recommend them to everyone that needs to move. more

I never used a mover before. Flatrate did everything I ask for and even more, packing, unpaking and even taking all the empty boxes. Best movers - the only way to describe them! If you looking for a mover try Pink moving. more

Moving your entire household is not a pleasant task, but thanks to your two employees, the moving experience was made much more pleasant than it would otherwise have been. These two employees were courteous, hard working dedicated to the task. Without a doubt they are a credit to your company and their profession. great customer service, great guys and a good price 8/16/2007

We had too much furniture and we were behind with packing. We were not ready for them when they arrived but Laprom movings guys showed up at 700 am and called in2 additional movers to help us pack. Even with the five of them, they worked into the dark hours. I felt very well accomodated and am thankful that they were so understanding in helping us out and back into our new home. They worked for us for 13 hours and only took a break for lunch. I never saw one of them slow down the entire time. more

Arrived on time, clean cut college guys, professional, knowledgeable, friendly, all furniture arrived in perfect condition, brought their own lunch. The guys did a great job, nothing was broken of scratched. more

best move i have ever had 8/16/2007

Pink moving did an excellent job all around moving our 10,000 sq ft office. Movers were experienced, easy to communicate with, and professional. I recommend anyone using this company for any type of moving service. more
