Best Friend Dog Training

Best Friend Dog training was established in 1988 by owner Chandra Smith. Chandra has a BS in Animal Science from PSU, eight years experience as a Veterinary Technician, professional certification from National K9 School of Dog Trainers. She began training while in college in 1981, then continued by teaching obedience classes at the Hanover YMCA, Littlestown YMCA, and Gettysburg YWCA. Upon completing certification, she opened the business in March 1988 and has been in full time training ever since. She also writes the weekly column, Letters From The Dog House, in The Eening Sun.
