I had been taking my comforters there twice a year for a few years. Each time the seasons change, I change from the winter comforter to the summer one (or vice versa) and wash the one coming off the bed so it will be clean for the next season. When I dried my thin, summer comforter, it rolled up into a ball and mopped up the inside of the dryer. I asked the owner to rewash the comforter because it was clear that the equipment was dirty and caused the damage. However, when I spoke with “Mr. Kim”, the owner, he not only refused to rewash my comforter, but he also accused me of lying and said the dirt was already there! I will definitely find a new dry cleaner because I cannot continue to patronize an owner that has no morals and takes no responsibility!
