My family seems to be very into electronics, so it is frequent that we shop at Best Buy for a new "toy." In my recent interactions with the staff at Best Buy I have not been impressed. For the most part the staff is a younger generation that does not seem to be customer oriented. Customer service goes a long way in this day and age, and I don't believe they have been trained effectively. If you must shop for electronics, Best Buy has the best selection, but beware the staff could be improved. more

Pricing only good aspect 9/19/2005

Customer service is definitely something lacking ALSO I would not waste my money on the service contracts they have. The fine print states that once you use it it has been used and no longer valid. It is good for one instance only. So if you pa for a whole year and use it 1 month into the items usage then you are re screwed for the rest of the year. (unless tis has changed) more

I knew what I wanted 6/30/2005

I went into Best Buy knowing what I wanted. I had done my homework and knew what computer I wanted and knew that Best Buy had the best price and rebates available. I do not care for their customer service and feel that they lack in this area. However, I did get a good buy on my computer. more
