I took in my new desk top that I bought from Best Buy to the Geek Squad because the screen stopped working. They took 3 weeks for it to come back. When I went to pick it up, It was scratched around the frame and when I told the agent about it, he was rude and said it would just have to wait longer for it to come back if I sent it back. I asked for a new one since I just got it. They said they could not do that. As he stated, it took another 3 weeks and no one could explain why I had to be without my computer for something I did not do.
