Worst Buy. 11/16/2008

Tried to return two spindles of 100 DVD-Rs that I later found out were not compatible with my iMac. With receipt in hand,Customer Service looked at the receipt, and said "Sorry, this was purchased two months ago. All returns must be made within 30 day. I cannot override the system." Manager gave me the same, bland response. Absolutely atrocious customer service from beginning to end. Why has common courtesy and the ability of Customer Service people to help become a dying breed? One of the best stores for movies and more! 6/8/2006

I love Best Buy! If i'm looking for a video, game, or CD this store is probably the first place I go to. They just have a HUGE selection of everything! Music, Movies, Videogames, and a wide range of electronics from cameras to tv's! The prices are very good as well. Few stores have lower prices on this stuff. The only bad thing i've found is the staff is plentiful untill you actually have a question. I've had difficulty on more than one occasion getting a staff member to help me when i've actually needed it. However when you do get help they are very helpful and friendly. more

Great Deals on Electronics! 4/17/2006

Best Buy is located right across Mall Blvd by the King of Prussia Mall. Best Buy has great deals on electronics, CD', Dvd's and more! If you want it, they have it. And they have it a drop bottom prices you will not find anywhere else. This is a big store that tends to be crowded, but they usually have lots of staff around to help you and answer questions. more
