The really do price-match 4/7/2006

I have bought 2 computers from them within 6 months of each other. Previous to that, my father bought one. They price matched a competitor's ad every time. Their salespeople were very helpful. They aren't always the most knowledgeable but they do their best to find out information for you. Sometimes they get slammed and the lines can be very long but it's worth it to save the money. If you want fast service without the long lines, buy it online and have it delivered or go pick it up in person. more

There are so many things that you can find at this particular best buy. Although it is a little out of the way for me, I don't mind shopping there. I'm surprised that their prices are actually lower (for ink atleast) than Staples which is only ten minutes away from me! more

Best Buy 6/23/2005

I love Best Buy! They have all electronics, DVDs, VHS's etc. The place is HUGE. It's so much fun to walk around! You can often find that they have their products out for you to test try. The staff is very helpful and they always know how to help out.They are very well trained. Many people visit this store so sometimes you have to wait for someone to assist you. I was in there once and it took 30 mintues for someone to come help me! Sometimes they do not have products in stock but they are glad to order it in for you. It's the only place I'll shop for electronics! more

When entering Best Buy you should have a game plan already mapped out. This store is like candy for techno geeks and you can so easily get lost just checking out the laptops alone. I personally cannot enter the store without swinging by the DVD section. Did I mention the large screen televisions? Wow! more
