I find it funny that Camillar is calling all of us employees there stupid, but he/she has no clue how to use grammar!! Haha just so you know, it's THEIR not there! Also, sea is not possessive, it is plural. You dont use an apostrophe symbol there (correct usage). Get your head out of the gutter, because at least we know how to speak our language you dumb, pompous, over privileged bitch. I hope you will see this. more

worst store ever Best Buy . 11/12/2011

Terrible service when it comes to there stupid reward system. They can go jump in the lake and drown. Terrible, Terrible, Terrible service. Now wonder why there sales have dropped significantly. A bunch of stupid people working there that have there head clear up there you know what. Oh yea you talk to crazy people that don't speak english over sea's somewhere to. This is what happens when you all support this freak show. Buy Local munch better. They can shove -t!!!!!!!!! How about no stars that sounds better. more

I'm glad thats over. 2/15/2010

I bought a Laptop from best buy a little over a year ago. When I bought it I also bought the Accidental Damage warranty. Unfortunately my laptop fell from my messenger bag on a large hill in San Francisco and was damaged beyond repair and was going to be "scraped" according to the Manager of their Geek Squad. Little did I know that this was going to be the beginning of a long, frustrating and sometimes insulting process. Upon arriving back in Minnesota and working with Best Buys Corporate guys I started to feel an ease of tension and that this 4 month ordeal may actually be coming to an end; all hopes were met at the Ridgedale store. First off we live in the area but I hate shopping at most of the businesses there. So I was a little skeptical at first. But along came THE MOST UNDERSTANDING AND HELPFUL employee of Best Buy I have EVER met. She was one of the managers their and she really smoothed things over for our family. We have spent thousands of dollars in the Best Buy stores and w more

Sales people who don't care & ZERO customer service after the sale! 1/19/2008

I went to Best Buy to purchase a new computer. I told the salesperson I had an expensive HP 7410 All-In-One Printer/Scaner/Fax. I even showed him what I had because, I wanted to make sure that the computer I purchased would be compatible. Well, I bought an emachine w/windows vista. When I got it home It wasn't capatible w/my printer so, I called back to Best Buy and I was sent to the geek squad who told me I needed to go to HP and download the windows vista driver. I did that but, the new computer still didn't communicate w/my printer. After numerous hours of talking to both HP and Best Buy....finally a tech at the geek squad told me that I'd have to hire them to come to my house to make it work. I asked if he could walk me thru the process but, he told me it was complicated and that they've had a lot of trouble getting them to work. Now, after all this trouble I find out that it has been known to Best Buy that it isn't easy to make these two systems compatible but, no one told more

Chauvinistic; but helpful after they knew I had money 7/18/2005

Remember the scene in Pretty Woman where Julia Roberts is ignored in an expensive shop because she doesn't look like she has a lot of money? That's how I felt at this location of Best Buy. I'm female, and I was dressed casually in blue jeans and a blouse. I walked in there ready to hand them $900 cash for a new computer system. I am knowledgable about computers and about what I wanted, yet I was ignored while I looked at the computers on display. My husband was meeting me at Best Buy after he got off work, but he was running late, so I was there alone for about 15 minutes. By the time he got there, I had picked out what I wanted, but I hadn't been spoken to by the employees yet. Other people had been helped -- male people. Within a minute or so of my husband's arrival, we were approached by the sales staff. Now I'm all for being treated fairly, and if I hadn't been looking at a GREAT deal on the EXACT computer I wanted, I would've walked out of there without giving them my mon more

The Best Buy located in the Ridgedale neighborhood of Minnetonka is always full of bright, energetic, intelligent people waiting to help you find whatever you need, from laptop computers to washers. The lay out of the store is also very easy to navigate, which is good in big stores like that. PROS: Nice staff CONS: None more
