these guys are horrible and over charge by a ton. i had a family room tv with surround sound, theater room with the works, whole house audio, and lighting system all setup by them. they took about 5 months after we moved in just to get the system all setup. and even after that, i have had problem with my system about 95% of the time since i had it installed back in 2005. they take FOREVER to call you back to get support and schedule maintenance work. they had to come back many times to fix issues with my system. Bernard Hoag is not a trustworthy owner. The installers were also a pain to deal with. they gave me a hard time about wanting to install a computer to my theater screen, even though it was THEIR fault for not pre-wiring my system to handle such a simple device. everytime the guy came to my house to fix stuff, he would say my computer was screwing up my whole theater room. how can 1 simple device screw up a whole system? obviously they are inexperienced. i wish i had went with a local home theater installation company instead. he convinced me to buy a $3,000 DVD management system & 400 disc dvd player that was totally useless. anytime i wanted to rent a movie and watch it, it would take 10 minutes just to load it. i got a local person to fix all his mistakes. he ordered 2 new amplifiers, 2 new bluray dvd players, 2 SIMPLE logitech universal remote controls, and new HDMI wiring for my theater and family room tv all for $4,000. I will never recommend this company to anyone. beware as he has changed his company to Bertek but it is still the same business as he was before, which was Sensory Solutions. he must have had a lot of bad complaints. i priced out 3 companies in atlanta and chose bernard because his higher price made it seem like he was better at what he does. i should have went with the lower priced companies.
