This is a great place to live. The neighborhood is quiet as are the apartments. The maintainence people are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick. They get the job done and done right every time. There are a lot of restaurants in the area and there is a Dillons/Kroger a mile in one direction and a Wal-mart 1.5 miles in the other direction. It is really a nice walk. The bike path is roomy and scenic to the Wal-mart. I walk this quite often and enjoy it every time.
The only drawback is that the management seems to change every 6 months or so. Just when you get to know someone they are gone. I've had a bit of problems with the current head manager. She doesn't seem to like me, even though I have been a good quiet tenant for 7 years. I know she will be glad to see me leave when the time comes. If you get on her good side then you will enjoy living here. It is actually a great place to live and it's in a good quiet safe neighborhood.
Note for low income families: They do have a place for you too. They have apartments for us struggling folks and they are just as nice and well maintained as the rest. You are also in a great school district here. Come check it out.
