Made appointment 9 months ago, gave all my insurance information to scheduling staff. My appointment is now coming up, so I called to confirm. But was curtly told they have never accepted my insurance, even though originally I was assured they did. They didn’t seem to care that all these months were wasted waiting for what I’d hoped would be good eye care. Totally their mistake yet they really didn’t care at all. Be careful dealing with these folks. They’ve become smug and care more about the money then the customer.
