I absolutely love this place. The service was amazing and everything I was wanting done. The wonderful staff there really made me feel comfortable, which enhanced the overall experience. Shawna was the absolute sweetest and caring. Her expertise is skin care and believe me when I say, she has the hands of an angel. The entire facial was so soothing and refreshing that I don't want to wear make-up because my face finally can breathe. Desiree was amazing too. She did an amazing job with my hair. I have long searched for a full service salon where you can go that truly cares about how you look leaving the salon! I had a complete make-over by Nikki, Desi, Mabel, and Karla, what an awesome TEAM! Nikki and Desi did awesome with the hair, Mabel with the nails and toes, and Karla waxed, colored and shaped the eyebrows! They are all so trendy and stylish, and really care for the integrity of your hair! more

When Looking Good is a Must 10/8/2011

Stylist Tina Trotter was able to fit me within the coming week. When I had to reschedule, the entire process was made easy with her cool and kind demeanor and online appointment book that is certain to keep the busiest of schedules up to date. The most important aspect of the appointment: how did I look? The only thing to do was sing and dance because I looked, ""Better than Ever!"" Appreciate her willingness to not only make me look good but to also teach me how to care for my hair and style when at home, at the gym or on a glorious vacation.... The first time I went in Desiree saved my hair, gave me the best color, and best cut I have ever gotten. Each time I go back she does a better job than the last! She's the best and I can't imagine going to anyone else now. more

hair problem solve 1/1/2011

I have been doing so much to my hair that It got damage, the end is fried and brittle from using so much flat iron. I was looking for a salon and happen to stop by at Benjamin Hair and Co, this place is nice and have a relax environment. Desiree now my hair stylist help me a lot to bring my hair healthy again. she taught me how to style my hair and what product to use to achieve a certain style. I would highly recommend Desiree and the salon. more

Desiree and Russ have created an environment at Benjamin Hair & Co that is professional and comfortable for their clients. Desiree is my stylist and colorist and always does an excellent job with my hair but also always takes the time to make sure I am happy with the results. Although I appreciate Desiree?s extensive knowledge and skill and her creativity and sense of personal style, what I enjoy the most with each visit is her friendly and caring personality. Benjamin Hair & Co is also a great place to have a facial. Mary is the best! I recommend this salon to anyone who wants a professional result and a positive experience with each visit. more

Great place - ask for Karla! 6/26/2007

I'm a recent Benjamin's customer - I only went there to follow Karla who is the ABSOLUTE best at waxing and shaping eyebrows. I used to wait until I flew in from NYC to get my eyebrows done because no one does such a great and meticulous job. And I have fast growing and thick eyebrows, but I won't trust them to anyone else after several bad experiences! I still wait until I go home even though I keep moving to different states. Karla has also cut and styled my hair and did a fabulous job at shaping it, cutting bangs and styling it - it grew out perfectly over the following 6 weeks! Highly recommend her and the salon! Pros: Easy to make appts., always get serviced as a walk-in, everyone is friendly! Cons: None that I have encountered more

BEST COLOR SPECIALIST! 9/24/2006

Terry Sanchez at Benjamin Hair & Company is an outstanding Color Specialist! I have always gone to her for all of my highlights and she is wonderful! She has a private room to avoid all the noise and I never have to wait long for an appointment. She is reasonably priced and always make me look great! I love going to Elsa for my European Spa Pedicures!! The salon is always clean and the staff is very friendly. more

I love this place. The people are so friendly and are like a family. Many have been there 10 years or longer. Mando is a great hairdresser. I love Amy She does great nails. Valerie, belinda, yolanda, terry, mary, they are all great. They have a wonderful atmosphere and a wonderful receptionist carla. I have been going there for over 10 years and anytime i go back to San antonio i just call and i get an appt. more
