Benjamin P. came out to check on our whirlpool pump.... he quickly identified the issue (all the jets we pushed in.....who would have guessed.... hihi). He just charged me for driving down... friendly, polite, and fun! I would most definitely call them again! Thanks Benjamin! more

Great Experience 5/16/2013

The last nationally known plumber I used left me with a very negative impression of the plumbing profession. But Benjamin Franklin has redeemed the plumbing community in my eyes. I appreciate Ben and his colleague for their professionalism, courtesy and most importantly, their punctuality. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin, and will use their services again. more

Ben has been to my home twice. He is extremely knowledgable. He fixed the problems correctly the first time. He was helpful in giving me the model number of my faucet so I could get the parts free from the manufacturer. I trust him and would recommed him. more

Awesome service, customer for life! 4/25/2013

We first called Ben Franklin Plumbing for help in extricating a cat from the HVAC ducts (they have a snake camera and were highly recommended by our HVAC people). Even though it was a weekend and the situation was unusual, they came right over and helped us find the kitty. This time I called for a jammed disposal, and Ben spent an hour trying to fix the broken disposal. He tried his best, but it was beyond repair. He explained everything to me - how it broke and how to prevent further incidents. He installed a new disposal quickly for a fair price, and did not charge me for the time spent trying to repair the old unit. Both the plumbers and dispatch are always extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable, and are great problem-solvers, even when the problem is not their usual thing. Why would you call anyone else? more

Excellent 3/20/2013

Ben was very professional. He was very helpful in making sure all our faucets were working after installing our water heater. A previous plumber told us we needed a new kitchen faucet, when all it needed was to have the screens cleaned! Ben saved us a lot of money? Thanks so much more

I called another company first, they came out and looked at the problem and recommended me to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I called, the lady was nice, and we set up the appointment. The guy was on time, and he answered all of my questions. He left everything clean after he was done. I'm very satisfied, he's coming back to do another job soon too. more

Great Service 1/11/2013

Ben provided us with excellent service. He arrived promptly and was able to clear a pipe backup with no problem. He was polite, professional, and caring. He took the time to explain everything to me and was very thorough with his inspection. Our line was cleared and we were back up running in no time! I highly recommend Ben to any friend, family member, or neighbor. more

Very good 10/19/2012

The water pressure in the house was too high. So, I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come out to fix it. The plumber changed the water pressure valve and everything is now working well. I would use them again, without hesitation. more

Technician Tim 4/3/2012

Tim was the technician that came to our house today to assist with water pressure issues. He was on time and very professional! He explained everything he was doing and even took the time to talk to my 4 year old daughter who was very curious about all his equipment. The experience was great and I will certainly use them again! more

Gas leak in the house 2/6/2012

I was looking in the internet to find a plumber to fix my gas leak in my house, because the Gas company did cut my gas in the house. When I called the company, Ben Franklin, Amanda was very nice and assured that I will have in short time a team to my house and the technician name is Carey David and he is very good and well knowledgeble. He was very professional and polite and asked about my situation and he quoted a price that was very reasonable. When he showed up to do the work, he was extremely professional and courteous. The work was done quickly and efficient. He was very consciences of our house and not marking up the walls removing ,was very difficult to find the leak in the house,but his professional skills did make the best job,more than I was aspected. Their price was the best that I found. All around an excellent choice: for the quality of the workmanship, price and professionalism. I will use the technician Carey David again.I will make refferal to all my friends.Thank you Carey David for your exelent job. Maria more

My plumber, Carey David, arrived on time, reviewed all the items that needed repairing, took the time to thoroughly answer each of my questions, and promptly completed all the repairs. He was courteous, knowledgeable and a consummate professional. Most importantly, I felt like he was completely honest with me. I will definitely use Ben Franklin Plumbing again, and I'll ask for Carey - he's top notch! more

Great experience!!! 12/3/2011

Having your water line break is no picnic! I found this company in my church's directory, and they were the only ones to say they could come right out to do an estimate. The plumber, Mr. Raymond, arrived very quickly, assessed the problem, AND he did not try to sell me something I didn't need! The plumber explained how to take my bill to the water company for an adjustment as well! I was so impressed, and we were very grateful to get the water back on by early afternoon! I would definitely use this company again and recommend them to others. Thank you so much!!! more

Fantastic! 11/8/2011

The technician at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was fantastic! He set a record for me. I ironed sheet and five pillowcases while he was finishing the work. On the other hand, I was waiting for three days for another company and they never even called back. The hot water was broken and my husband tried to fix it. We had to go buy a new faucet. The person at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing had to go underneath and change things that the plumbers before hadn't fixed. This time, he put a tap on the hot water to shut it out. I would come back to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! When I called them, Amanda said they could have someone over in two hours. They did a very good job! I used to help people find employment at my workplace and I can say that the people at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing have great customer service! more
